TDS Support Bundle for Openbravo POS
* 20 hours of developer level support for Openbravo POS from TDS which can be used for feature enhancements / customizations and tier 1 technical support for Openbravo POS professional subscription.
* Support is done on your implementation using the LogMeIn.com remote access tool.
* Requires a primary technical point of contact (and optionally one alternate) with physical access to the system.
* Support is provided on a next business day response basis between the hours of 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
* All hours must be used with 6 months of purchase.
