Additional Terms:

* On site support is billed portal to portal

* Requires a primary technical point of contact at customer site with physical access to the systems.

* Support is provided on a next business day basis between the hours of 7:00 a.m. till 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

* All hours must be used within 12 months of purchase.

* Priority response options available with a monthly support contract
